Books Worth Reading

Penguin Classics reissued many of their classics in hardcover and invited Coralie Bickford-Smith to design the covers.  The illustrations are both classic and modern.  Here are some of my favorite books and their covers:

I am a bit obsessed with Azaara rings, especially ones with large stones.  Here is some Azaara jewelry paired with clothing I found this week that look great for a night out.

Am I the only one who didn't know that H&M sells home goods?  I found these on their European online store. I hope these are available in stores stateside!

I'd love a few of the canvas baskets for stashing away yarn or organizing items under the bathroom sink.

Also, it looks like Lanvin collaborated with H&M on a clothing line.  Can't wait to see their items in stores!

Table runner by Emersonmade

Emersonmade has been in a few blogs lately for her beautiful flower pins.  I just discovered that she sells clothing and home goods too.  I'm loving this table runner (unfortunately it is sold out).  Perfect for Thanksgiving or a party.

Our First Post

I am very excited to provide content for our inaugural blog post!  

I have been a fan of The Black Apple ever since Emily Martin was invited to make her dolls on the Martha Stewart Show.  Emily is such a talented and prolific artist.  The characters she has created have a sweet, vintage and edgy vibe all rolled into one!
